At Prinvent Marketplace, orders may include both physical products and downloadable items. Because Prinvent operates as a marketplace, shipping and fulfillment for physical products are handled individually by each seller.

Delivery locations
Prinvent Marketplace currently offers:
- delivery within Latvia for physical products
- download access for digital products, where applicable
At this time, physical shipping is available only in Latvia unless otherwise stated by the seller.
Delivery methods
Available delivery methods may include:
- parcel lockers
- courier delivery
The available shipping options for each order will depend on the product, seller, and delivery address.
Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on the seller, product type, order processing time, and selected delivery method.
Because products are sold through independent sellers, estimated delivery times are not fixed across the platform. Customers should review product details carefully and contact the seller or Prinvent Marketplace support if additional clarification is needed.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs are calculated separately and are added during checkout where applicable.
Free shipping is not offered unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Orders from multiple sellers
Prinvent Marketplace is a multi-vendor platform. If your order contains products from multiple sellers:
- the items may be processed separately
- the items may be shipped separately
- separate shipping charges may apply depending on the sellers involved
This means that one order may arrive in multiple deliveries.
Seller responsibility
Each marketplace seller is responsible for handling and shipping their own products. This includes:
- preparing the order for dispatch
- selecting the appropriate delivery method
- packaging the item securely
- sending the product to the customer
Prinvent may also offer its own products directly on the platform. In those cases, shipping is handled by Prinvent according to the same general terms unless stated otherwise.
Digital products and downloads
For products offered as downloads, no physical shipping applies. Access to downloadable content is provided digitally after purchase, according to the product listing and purchase terms.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing downloadable items.
Returns
Return period
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
This return policy applies to both:
- products sold directly by Prinvent
- products sold by marketplace sellers
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be returned within the 14-day return period
- be in its original condition
- include the original packaging
- include any accessories, documentation, or included parts where applicable
Returned items must be properly packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
Non-returnable used items
Opened or used items cannot be returned.
If a returned item shows signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing parts, or missing original packaging, the return may be refused.
Custom-made or printed-to-order items
Custom-made or printed-to-order items may be returned, provided they meet the return conditions stated above and are returned within the required return period.
Return shipping costs
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Customers are advised to use a secure and trackable return method where possible, as the sender remains responsible for the item until it is received by the relevant seller or by Prinvent.
Refunds
Refund process
Once the returned item is received and reviewed, the return will be assessed.
Refund timing may vary depending on:
- the delivery and return process
- when the returned item is received
- the outcome of the inspection
- the seller involved
Because marketplace orders are handled individually, refund processing times are not fixed and may differ from one order to another.
Refund method
Refunds are usually issued by bank transfer and are not necessarily returned to the original payment method.
If a refund is approved, the customer may be asked to provide the necessary bank details to complete the refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, the case will be reviewed individually.
In such cases:
- the issue must be reported as soon as possible
- relevant details and evidence may be requested
- the matter will be investigated before any decision is made
A refund is not issued automatically for damaged or incorrect items. Each case is subject to investigation.
