At Prinvent Marketplace, delivery options depend on the type of product ordered and the seller responsible for fulfillment. As a multi-vendor marketplace, physical products are shipped individually by each seller.
Physical Delivery
For physical products within Latvia, the following delivery methods are available, depending on the seller and the product:
Parcel Lockers
Eligible orders may be delivered to parcel lockers. Available parcel locker providers may include:
- Omniva parcel lockers
- DPD parcel lockers
- Venipak parcel lockers
- Latvijas Pasts parcel lockers
Once the shipment reaches the selected parcel locker, the customer can collect the order according to the delivery provider’s instructions.
Courier Delivery
Eligible orders may also be delivered by courier to the address provided during checkout. Available courier providers may include:
- Omniva courier
- DPD courier
- Venipak courier
- Latvijas Pasts courier
Courier availability may vary depending on the seller, product type, and delivery address.
Digital Delivery
Some products on Prinvent Marketplace may be offered as downloadable items. These products are delivered digitally and do not require physical shipping.
For digital products:
- no parcel locker or courier delivery applies
- access is provided electronically after purchase
- delivery is completed according to the product listing
Orders from Multiple Sellers
If one order includes products from different sellers, the products may be delivered separately. Different delivery methods may be used depending on the seller and the type of item ordered.
Seller Fulfillment
Each seller on Prinvent Marketplace is responsible for arranging the delivery of their own products. Delivery method availability may therefore differ between listings.
Prinvent may also sell its own products directly through the platform. In such cases, delivery is arranged by Prinvent.
Delivery Area
At this time, physical delivery is available within Latvia.
Digital products, where offered, are delivered electronically.
